"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Also it's my birthday on Sunday. Yes. September 11th. No I'm not joking especially when it's a horrible day. WELL it's not really horrible. I was born on that day. So I can't really say it's horrible. The events that happened on my birthday was horrible. ANYWAYS you get the picture.
